Saundra L. Coleman, MBA, MPM, is the founder of BLOWN Consulting, LLC, and a healthcare operations executive and business operations consultant with more than 20 years of leadership experience spanning multi-site physician practices, federally qualified health centers, quality improvement, leadership development, and value-based care. As the company founder, her goal is to help organizations and business owners improve operations, strengthen leadership, enhance customer and patient experience, clarify processes, and build practical systems that support long-term performance and growth.
